Our products are made to order and shipped via our production partners. The average delivery time is 5–10 business days within Europe and 7–15 business days internationally. These times are indicative; delays caused by transport or customs are beyond our responsibility.

At Leclis, each item is made to order with care.

Because of this, we can only accept returns in the following cases:

• The product is damaged upon arrival
• There is a production defect
• The wrong item was delivered

If one of these situations applies, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

We offer free shipping for shipments in the Netherlands over 50 euros.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not refund original shipping fees.
